Sustainability Station (Compost Duty Device)

Built an IoT device that monitors environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity to reduce food waste in industrial kitchens, promoting sustainability.

Recompose: Cognitive Composting

Recompose: Cognitive Composting uses depth vision and real-time feedback to measure food waste and influence student behavior toward sustainable choices. By tracking waste weight and environmental impact live, the system promotes awareness and reduces food disposal in schools.
